Short, self-paced routes through the ship and its people.
A closer look
Every part had a purpose.
This educational reconstruction reuses the detailed 1:200 print model. Major arrangements are based on photographs and class records; fine fittings, hull lines and some equipment positions remain provisional. Neutral colours do not represent a verified paint scheme. What the photograph shows
The bridge
The bridge is the tall, broad structure above the forward deck, with small windows and dark circular openings on its face. Its open upper edge is visible beneath the equipment and mast.
Clearly visible forward face and near side; far side obscured.
